Science Results

AMSU instruments have been operating on NASA and NOAA satellites for several years. Oftentimes, data from these instruments are combined with others to get an even clearer picture of the atmosphere. For example, data from Aqua's AIRS and AMSU-A instruments are often used together and have combined data products. As such, data from AMSUs have been studied extensively and this data has contributed to several significant science results.
